NIHCA values your privacy online. Please read the following privacy policy regarding this website. NIHCA reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

NIHCA monitors the traffic flow on its website in order to better tailor its presentation to suit your needs. However, we do not specifically track personal usage or attempt to reconcile web patterns to specific individuals.

We do collect information that is offered by you to us via online forms (for example, our Online Application) or through email correspondence – but we do not share this information outside of our organization. If, for some reason, data about you is requested we will ask your permissions to share this.

NIHCA does not sell or rent user information to anyone. We value your privacy on our web site just as we value you as our member or guest. 
Return and Exchange policy:
The National Institute for Home Care Accreditation (NIHCA) will accept for return, Manuals that were purchased and are complete, unworn, unaltered and free if damage by the customer.  For a full refund, mail your item to NIHCA, P.O. Box 367, Herndon, VA 20172 within 21 days from the receipt of original order.  We will inspect the returned Manual for completeness and condition, and return the full purchase price to you by check for the item if it is complete, unworn, unaltered and free from damage.  Please remember that the Manuals are copywrite protected and cannot be used without the consent of the Center for Home Care Quality, LLC d/b/a National Institute for Home Care Accreditation.

The Application fee for accreditation and Annual Membership fees are non-refundable.
