  • “We researched several accreditation bodies before choosing the National Institute for Home Care Accreditation, Inc. (NIHCA). Their approach was both supportive and educational and we valued the importance that they place on the costumer.  If the goal of accreditation was to make us better, that is exactly how we felt when the process was completed.”
